Quality work is very important for us!
The
vehicle construction company "Fahrzeugbau Thomas Gessner GmbH" was founded
on the 1st of July in 1996 by the manager and owner Mr. Thomas Gessner. At
that time we were located in the Business Park Taubenheim Nr. 1 and we engaged
eight employees. Of course we did also something for our young talents. Immediately
two trainees were instructed. The main profile of the company was the hydraulic
construction. Simultaneous we got the opportunity to conclude a service contract
with the HÜFFERMANN company. Always the customer service was very important
for us. By having flexible working hours we could create a 12 hours after-sales
service. Of course all customers could come to us with all their problems
around the truck. Nothing was missing from the brake-checkpoint about the
ASU-device to the tachograph-checkpoint.
But
the rented former LPG-halls did not meet to the request so that we decided
to invest in a new building.
It
was the 1st of November in 1997-the company "Fahrzeugbau Gessner GmbH" started.
The new plot is located in the Business Park Röhrsdorf, between Meissen and
the motorway Dresden-Chemnitz. Basicly, the working conditions were improved.
A
crane is also available like the brake checkpoint and stuck facilities. Also
the work pits caused a great improvement.
Naturally this is only a part of great working conditions to bring high-quality
work. The staff is also very important.
In the meantime we engaged 16 employees. All are skilled workers of the car
business. It starts with the mechanican goes ahead to the electrician and
it ends with the vehicle constructor.
To offer you the best service, masters of all named trades are very involved in satisfying the needs of our customers. It is a matter of course that we try to get more knowledge through special trainings. In that way and in collaboration with independent check organisations it is possible to make all tests in our company. Our customers appreciate this service.
As
well we offer the truck and hyper-varnishing in our house. The company "PW
Sachsenlack" is our partner for this work.
In that way we can do a lot of work at one truck to bring him ready for action.
